French Toast

Breakfast

Ingredients

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 tablespoons sugar

4 tablespoons butter

4 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

6 slices french toast bread

Directions

In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar and set aside.

Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl.

Add the combined spices to the large bowl and whisk to combine.

In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.

Dip both sides of the bread in egg mixture.

Fry slices until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side. It should take roughly a minute for each side.
